The walkway up to the home is warm and welcoming by day, and transformed at night thanks to illuminated floating concrete slabs and glowing steel post lights. Above the main entrance, the custom master balcony displays a polished blackened steel rail, intersecting steel I-beams, and a three-dimensional siding framed by raw concrete walls. The upper roof overhang angles skyward creating symmetry with the triangular plates of the balcony rail. The substantial front door is solid birch with a custom steel handle matching its counterparts inside.

The expansive first floor living space forms a U-Shape creating the south courtyard. The walls open completely resulting in mountain views from every room. The courtyard patio has an inlay of rusted steel plates floating on pebbles, and includes an outdoor eating area, custom-built benches, and a fire pit. Surrounded by a tranquil courtyard and stunning mountain views, this spacious and functional area has one island for cooking and another for eating. The cooking area includes a double oven with a large gas cook-top with 6 burners, a prep sink, microwave drawer, and a custom steel accessory rail around the counter to provide easy access to culinary essentials. Spacious birch cabinets have clean, sharp lines with simple steel pulls creating a sleek modern look. Floors are a beautiful wide plank birch which offsets the pecan cabinetry and brings warmth into the spaces on both the first and second levels. The elegant Italian porcelain tile and stainless steel backsplash contrast perfectly with the durable quartz countertops; the stainless steel inlay on the islands complements the stainless steel toe kicks that transition to the floor. An array of can lights, hidden LED lighting, and black and clear pendant lights provide a sophisticated array of lighting possibilities for every task or occasion.

Master Bath

The luxurious, 5-piece master bath has a chic custom vanity with a tapered countertop and backsplash. An angular leg supports the vanity creating a seamless look, and a steel apron below matches the spacious cabinets for plenty of storage. The mirror stands off from the wall with two sconces on each side, while a sleek plate of glass floats in front of an LED channel, providing a slim profile with excellent quality illumination and color reproduction; hanging above the vanity is a matching linear pendant.
